为推进我校留学生管理工作，更好地服务来华留学生，国际教育学院拟招聘来华留学生院长助理2-3名。具体工作职责和招聘条件如下：

The College of International Education(CIE)is to offer the job - international student dean assistants to enhance the administrationand provide better services tointernational students. Two or three applicants will be accepted.

一、工作职责：

1、协助国际教育学院院长接待留学生，处理来华留学生的日常管理事务；

2、协助国际教育学院院长加强对留学生公寓的日常管理工作；

3、协助国际教育学院院长加强中外学生交流活动的组织和实施，提升校园国际化氛围。

Job Responsibilities：

1. To handle the administration of international students;

2. To improvethe daily management of international students’ dormitories;

3. To assist to organize the activities between Chinesestudentsand internationalstudentsin order to enhance the international atmosphere oncampus.

二、招聘条件：

1、系我校全日制在读博士留学生，并在留学生中有一定威信和影响力；

2、责任心强、工作细致认真并严于律己，有为来华留学生服务的热情；

3、英语（或其他语种）口语较好，能够胜任日常交流；

4、待人诚恳，服务意识良好。有较高的工作协调能力和解决实际问题能力，跨文化交流经验丰富；

5、院长助理每周工作时间为3个半天。

6、院长助理聘期1-2年，国际教育学院将提供一定薪酬并对其工作进行考核。

Recruitment conditions：

1. Full-time doctoral degree students with a certain prestige influence;

2. A strong sense of responsibility;workingcarefully; strict self-discipline;and enthusiasmtoserve internationalstudents;

3. Fluent oralEnglish (or other languages);

4. A good sense of service; a high levelof collaboration;the ability to solve practical problems; and richcross - cultural experiences;

5. Three and a halfworkingdays each week.

6.The employment period will be 1- 2 years. The CIE will assess the work and pay the salary.
